    M1T/EC body recompsition 3 week cycle

    Week 1- 10mgs m1t
    Week 2-3 15mgs m1t
    Weeks 1-3 75mgs ephedrine per day

    I decided to keep a mini log of this. I started wednesday and already on Thursday my bi/back workout was insane. The pumps were kicking in hardcore and my arms were twice the size for half the day. Later today I'm gonna do chest/tris so I'll let everyone know how that goes.

    Stats:
    Height- 5'9
    Weight- 198lbs
    Bodyfat- Probably around 14%
    Cycle History- M1T, Test/M1T (Never went higher than 10 mgs)

    I am eating fairly clean, just a little above a cutting diet, more like a lean mass diet.

    Workout today was sick. My bench went up a little bit already I was repping out 205 for 10 with little to no problem. The pumps are absolutely insane and I just started on 10mgs =). I am very excited for the rest of this cycle. Weight is still at 198 staying solid. Ephedrines making it difficult to eat but I'm getting by.

    Make sure you are drinking a lot of water on this cycle. The ephedra will be dehydrating you a lot, and you need to be flushing the toxins out.

    Do you have any PCT planned? How about something for the Good Old Liver?
    Milk Thistle?
    I have run a couple of cycles of M1T to kick start a cycle<with Test>, but I ran at 20mg from day one. <10 mg 12 hours apart>

    I have some milk thistle to finish up but I gotta buy more. I'm going to use rebound xt and 6-oxo for PCT. That particular combo works great for me.
