Getting some very good strenght gains. As well as lean mass. I have a before pic I will post later, its on my camera still. Very happy with the results so far. Still have 8 weeks to go. This should be fun.

The avy is about 1 1/2 years old. About 18% body fat. Now I am about 8-9% body fat at the same weight. I expect to gain about 15-20 more pounds. Im looking for muscle mass on this cycle. And so far so good. I guess its the pose I chose this time makes me look smaller.

Actually just had it done. Its is about 9 dude. The only good reading she could get was off my handles. I have no reason to lie. Because I started the cycle at 12%. I had to get it down from 19%.

I wouldn't believe 100% what those tests say man. NONE of them are that accurate. I would agree about 12%. Lookin real good though man

i agree with 12%. At about 8 or 9 percent you could definitely see a six pack
