I'm a 39 year old and I'm seriously thinking about doing my first cycle, I'm 5'4" and weigh 155 lbs. I have been working out for over 10 years but in the last year I've had a rotator cuff surgery which has limited my ability to workout like I'm accustomed to. I've been doing quite a bit of research into doing a first cycle but I still have some questions, maybe some of you might be able to give me some advice. I was thinking of going on a cycle of Test P(200-250mg/wk) and Deca or Masteron (200-250mg/wk) following with a PCT of Nolvadex . My training schedule would be EOD with a cardio activity on the off days and my diet would be about 2800-3000 cal/day. I'm hoping that the end result would be about atleast 10-15 lbs of good muscle gains and that my shoulder will increase in strength as well. Any feedback would be welcome.
