That's too bad, but you do have the BUN test.
Cystatin C is a somewhat new marker to be used over here,
but now it's become standard.
The doctor knew enough to say (even though I hadn't met this doc before),
that I would have elevated creatinine due to muscle mass.
I was kinda surprised at the ALT as I felt like shit,
(not surprising since I got a cold, but didn't know that then)
and I'm on tren . Maybe those liver support supplements I'm talking actually do work. I try to use NAC everyday, and milk thistle some but not all of the time,
(as it makes me get looser stools, not not suprisingly considered it's mechanism of action)
But I also take a couple of grams of taurine every time I remember to,
so many days I get 2 or even 3 servings of it.
Just received 250g NAC and 100g l-theanine (theanine is not only good for focus, but also for the immune system)
Gonna get me cod liver oil next,
as I can't seem to get those Vit D levels up to high levels.
I'm thinking that you probably need the oil to be able to absorb the Vit D,
as I've been supplementing a lot with it and it doesn't seem to help.

Chest day;
So it wasn't the right day for any HIIT, still a bit nauseous from yesterday.
(Had a sort of good poisoning)
But followed the good old volume program, with fairly long rests between sets. (Up to 2 mins)
Actually that's not totally true, when I train alone I often take light excersizes between sets not related to the muscle I'm training, like front raises with a plate, or shrugs, which targets the shoulders just to warm them up and also brings more pump in the upper body when doing a chest workout. But that's not between every set, and it's fairly light so I don't count it in.
I noticed some muscle cramps about to happen in my calves, lats and so on. Just a general low threshold for cramps. No wonder, my electrolyte balance being total shit right now.
This is also the first day of the most improved comp.
So I'm still gonna update this blast log to its completion,
and I'll provide a link to whatever thread we use for the comp as well.

I'm happy we got this comp going and that I have competitors like GB,
this will make me push myself harder cause i know he and the others: Zeus and Quester will give 100%, so must I.

It truly makes you work harder than ever knowing it's still all against yourself but the Drive and push of great physiques like the two of you... if Zues comes out firing and doesn't overtrain he's gotta a lot of potential since he's a newb and newb gains are great - depends on diet and training

Ok, back day. Tried to pre exhaust before my usual excersizes.
Ended up with a lot of supersets.
Back/lats program;
{st. bent-DB rows wide}
{st. Row-BB} 3 sets to build up, 4th set was heavy!
{cable pullover}
{Seated cable row} 4 sets
{seated row Mach}
{Lat pull down} 3 sets to reach it, 4th set to kill it, but not really
Pullups: natural + assisted to get past failure: 3 sets, last one was really hell
Total time: 53min (-11min warmup)
Got a really good pump.

I just realized I did 27 sets today!
In 42minutes.
That means that if I used 1min for each set, I had 15 minutes of rest.
But since it was mostly supersets I probably did em faster,
So I probably had maybe 1min rest between most sets.
That's actually not that bad.
I know I tried to rest longer at the last excersize.

Okay, haven the updated in a while.
Training and such have been logged at my comp thread;
http://forums.steroid.com/most-impro...ml#post7285958
Due to first sickness then some life events I've had 2 breaks from the AAS down to cruise level during this blast.
That ain't optimal, but it looks like it will be a fairly long blast as well.
Mid cycle bloods were very good,
So at least nothing major going on.
I'm still at a fairly high BF.
What I mean by that is that I'm probably at around the same,
but with a little extra water it looks even worse.
But BF gets chipped away pretty fast in me, at least the initial %nts.
My goal of gaining any mass, at least according to scale, had to be quite
Minute so far. The scale was up for a time,
but measuring now (on a empty stomach though) it's not much higher.
Hopefully I can fix that. It's very hard to solidify new gains for me,
but even of the gains turn out to be minuscule,
I will at least end this in a cut and emerge better on the other side.
As for muscular functioning I'd have to say I'm happy.
I entered this blast with some issues (mild injuries) here and there,
and now I got none at all. If nothing else I'm in better shape.
And still is time to reach my goal.
I might cheat a bit, and use a appetite stimulant,
as that's really where the biggest issue is; eating enough.
I'll see about that.
I'll log in later this week When I've had a good weeks worth of training and eating and see where I'm at then.
Today I might be a bit off due to too little food the last days.
Wish me luck.

Today, well it's night so I mean yesterday I did just WMA training.
(Western Martial Arts, in this case they calm it HEMA. Really includes anything,
but today that meant just a powerful cardio session with some technique afterwards. For building muscles techniques in this sense means little, like a soccer players technique doesn't really affect his physique,
but it's fun and mentally and physically taxing in a way lifting is not.
Perfect as an off day of sorts, the CNS activation is different from what's needed in the gym.
But aside from all that the real things as far as training goes is that it's fun and gives cardio. (You could insert most sports here, but it would be more like swimming than football)
Apart from that I try to get some good workouts, and I do.
This week has treated me nice this far.
But I'm thinking I need to add in something to stimulate volum even more than just doing HIT (mostly), just a second "workout", or "warm up" would be more appropriate every day might be a good idea.
Just fill the muscles with blood but not draining them.
Will see about implementing that on a regular basis soon.
It's late, I need to stop writing thoughts aloud.
C'ya later.

Okay, I'm not updating this thread frequently as it all goes in my comp thread.
Both I thought I'd put some progress pics from the start of the comp and one month in here too.
Not much improvement really, at least not was to see(
but once I start dropping body fat I hope it will become more evident.
Here's how I started the comp;
