Let's see if I can BLAST this sucker :)
It's time for a blast!
Here's my start pics;
They aren't much good, shall try to take some better ones, but it gives an idea where I'm at now.
So in this blast I'll be using;
Test enanthate
Test prop
Masteron (prop)
Tren e & ace
Orals:
Win
DBOL
(Maybe anadrol as a booster)
Peptides:
Insulin aspartate (NovoRapid)
Insulin crystalline zn.susp. (Ultratard)
Somatotropin
Why long and short esters?
I'll be using long in the beginning and add in short esters to boost when I want it, instead of getting high levels of test and tren for the entire blast and periods following.
It will also sort of function like pulsing, but in another fashion; f.ex will 200mg tren pr week be quite tolerable, but if I want to try 500mg (which will have some sides) I can do so for a week and then dose down to 200mg and the sides subside quickly.

That's a good question. Rarely done bloodwork on prolactin actually, at my doses of tren that have rarely exceeded 300mg a week I don't run any DA agonist. But I do take 5mg Ritalin for sleep, sex and general improvement in mood now and then. If I feel run down by the tren I'll just be using some Ritalin, as I'm more stable on that med anyways.

Thursday continued;
Needed a rest day, headache from hell today.
I think I need to reevaluate the administration of 150mg tren a in one day.
I mixed it with 100mg test prop/TP so that it would be 2ml of oil instead of 1ml of 150mg tren a, but it still seemed to be absorbed a bit fast.
I'll see if I might split up injections.
Looking forward to to gym time tomorrow.
Feeling quite pumped up now.

Today I started my morning meal with 10u NovoRapid,
as I know that what's gonna determine to the greates degree whether I grow this blast is diet and insulin . And slin just forces my diet to be on point. (Better be, don't wanna get brain damage and such)
So overall today:
NovoRapid 10u (morning), 10u post workout
Win@20
Liquidex@0,2ml (arimidex )
Looking forward to replace the win with DBOL next week.
Only reason I started with win is to avoid bloat and it does have a good anabolic effect on me.
Trained back/Lats today.
Didn't do deadlifts as I was allready quite tired in my lower back from leg day,
so I'll add in some deadlifts on a separate day maybe.
I plan to train as much as I can this blast,
and try to keep the workouts short and sweet and not leave the gym totally exhausted. But with slin recovery shouldn't be much of a problem,
but still, it's a fine line between enough and over doing it.
God it felt great takin some AI today.
I had waited quite a bit and tried to rely on DIM.
Well, DIM might be a healthy compound and work with TRT dosages,
but the adex immediately reduced (within 1-2h) some water retention and reduced blood pressure. Plus I just feel a lot better.

Okay, here's an unflexed (some ab flex though) pic from today.
So far I've gained some water and just look less defined,
but I also notice my pecs feel fuller.
But this is a good pic to compare with at the end to see if I get any improvement.
I feel a little bloated and pumped, but I also feel like I look like shit.
But sometimes you got to get ugly before you look good.

I know we're your at..Iam there right now my muscles are full from carbs and water I look big and when I wake up in the morning I look great but as the day goes on the heavy eating gets my gut sticking out and I feel fat and disgusting..nobody really sees it but me..my trick is I wear hoodies all the time until I cut out the water,lower carbs and cut the slin..well maybe a lil slin here and there to stay full..I keep reminding myself it's a means to a end and as soon as I lower test put the tren on top and cut carbs things will change really quick..Iam up 20 lb right now hope to keep a good 5-7 when this is all done..doc you look great you know what your doing keep your head in this and you meet your goals!!good luck brother

Ahh, well. Height is okay and weight is less than you'd think.
I'm 170cm. So above Asian but low for the south of this country.
The coastal northerners were much lower in general and that's where I get it from. (Not much use being baseball player height on a boat)
Weight? I'll have to think before I divulge that one.

Another day! Got some headache yesterday and today.
My blood pressure monitor is fucked, so I'll need a new one to watch that.
But my neck seems tense as fuck so I think that's what's doing it,
not high BP. But don't like not knowing for sure.
Last time I measured BP it was better than ever before,
even though I was stressed as hell.
Hopefully it has stayed that good. (It was 120s/70s actually)
But I know from previous blasts that BP can go to the 150s/100s if not taken care of with AIs and ACE In. , so I so worry a little.
And a very strange thing happened yesterday night when measuring blood glucose;
After pricking my finger and getting out a drop of blood,
I then squeezed around the finger some,
and blood squirted out of my fingertip like a good 30cm!
I was luckily half naked, so only sprayed my chest,
but it was strange.
I then tried to squeeze some more and yup, it sprayed out more blood,
like a if you fill a syringe with water and squirt through a 29G pin.
Bizarre. I've measured a great deal but never had that happen before.

BP looks fine. 150/100 is acceptable at the top.
Monitor heartbeat? It follows your heart, BP the veins and arteries.
I would have added garlic, red yeast rice, esterC, turmeric, dandelion (liver) and fishoil to your healtcare list.
Sure this isnt post cycle picks...wowish...

I take fish oil and Vit c and multis.
But haven't tried red yeast rice or the other herbs you mentioned.
I'm not at 750mg test now, but will probably aim for that, a little depending on how much tren I use.
Also right now I'm on just 20mg orals. It's just to give a small extra synergy with the injectables. I might switch this to less compounds and more of each next week though.

Sunday:
Chaotic weekend. Trouble with sleep.
I wake up hours before the alarm rings, feeling rested and have trouble sleeping more even if it's just been 4h of sleep.
Trained shoulders this Sunday,
followed HIIT protocol and only trained for 30min.
Im unflexed but have a good pump in my delts.

Being with my GF, I only had time for
8u NovoRapid when eating dinner after training.
I'm also happy the weekend is over.
We had our first ever drawn out argument.
I was very close to leaving her actually,
but managed to keep my mouth shut and go out and do nice things together.
Now I'll have to go back to bed and see if I manage to sleep,
it is was after all only 4hours since I went to bed.
And I'm looking forward to training today.
I thought about adding in DBOL this week, but will reflect a little about that.
Have stopped the winstrol .

Northerners hate Sami people, it's like Americans and native Indians but with hate/dislike going on to this day.
So I doubt that, I know how much my fathers mother hated them, couldn't even mention them without some insults between each word.
And my father, a reasonable man in every way just stated it like this:
"There's not exactly much love between us and them.."
He is the same height as me, and likewise built, broadshouldered and strong.
So is many men in those parts, and my current GF, also a northerner from about my birthplace, she is below 160cm.
And she's not blonde either.
(Which isn't as common there as further south either)
My great grandfather was about the same, he survived being shot while at sea,
(During a disagreement), then died at 50 after pulling a car out of a ditch.
Pretty much all my kin I know have lived hard, and most died between 50-60.
This is a much bigger country than most think.
Lengthwise it's as long as almost the entire USA.
Even if it's just 5 billion of us here.
(And at least twice that living as descendants in the US I believe)

Monday: rest day, but it's been a lot of light cardio during sunday and then about 2h today. With third day of 4h sleep in need a rest.
Still some push-ups was nice.

This is exactly how I sleep most nights. It's rough at times, but it's amazing in the morning. I do great for days, then I have to crash and really just rejuvenate one day a week where I just force myself to chill. It's hard to do.
