My Second Cycle (Test E/EQ) - Comments Please
Okay, I will have my gear for a second cycle and wanted to start one of these threads to keep up with my results and get some answers to questions I have.
My Cycle:
Wk 1-12: 250 mg Test Enanthate (twice per week)
Wk 1-12: 200 mg Equipoise (twice per week)
21 days after last shot: 300 mg Clomid
Next 10 days: 100 mg Clomid
Next 10 days: 50 mg Clomid
My stats:
I currently weigh between 156 and 158 lbs. My goal is to gain 10 - 15 lbs of lean muscle. I am 31 years old. I have been working out off and on for the last 12 years; however, I have been extremely dedicated for the last 15 months.
My Workout Routine:
5-7 days / wk
My basic routine is to do 4 sets per exercise, always adding weight after each set. My reps are 12, 10, 8, and between 3 - 6 on the last set. I usually put enough weight on the last two sets so that I fail after the last rep. I always try to do one more on the last set. As soon as I can do 6 reps on the last set, I up the weight. I usually work 2 muscle groups every time I work out. I try to focus on one group for a few weeks by adding an extra set to my routine (which is why you see more sets for certain muscle groups below). After a few weeks, I will change it up and focus on different muscles. I also change up my routine after about a month so that I am not always doing the same exercises. For example, I alternate incline and decline every few months.
Day 1: Chest (40 min) & Back (30 min)
4 Sets Flat Bench (12, 10, 8, 3-6 reps)
4 Sets Incline Bench (12, 10, 8, 3-6 reps)
4 Sets Dumbbell Flat Bench (12, 10, 8, 3-6 reps)
4 Sets Machine Flys (12, 10, 8, 3-6 reps)
4 Sets Lat Pulldown (12, 10, 8, 3-6 reps)
4 Sets Dumbbell Bent Over Row (12, 10, 8, 3-6 reps)
4 Sets Reverse Flys (12, 10, 8, 3-6 reps)
Day 2: Biceps (40 min) & Triceps (30 min)
4 Sets Barbell Curl (12, 10, 8, 3-6 reps)
4 Sets Dumbbell Curl (12, 10, 8, 3-6 reps)
4 Sets Preacher Curl (12, 10, 8, 3-6 reps)
4 Sets Machine Curl (12, 10, 8, 3-6 reps)
4 Sets French Press (12, 10, 8, 3-6 reps)
4 Sets Machine Pushdowns (12, 10, 8, 3-6 reps)
4 Sets Overhead Extension (12, 10, 8, 3-6 reps)
Day 3: Shoulders (30 min) & Legs (40 min)
4 Sets Military Press (12, 10, 8, 3-6 reps)
4 Sets Dumbell Shoulder Flys (12, 10, 8, 3-6 reps)
4 Sets Shrugs (12, 10, 8, 3-6 reps)
4 Sets Squats (12, 10, 8, 3-6 reps)
4 Sets Calf Raises(12, 10, 8, 3-6 reps)
4 Sets Leg Extension (12, 10, 8, 3-6 reps)
Repeat
I also try to run 3 to 4 miles (at a pace of 9 min/mile) 1 or 2 times per week for cardio.
My Questions:
I am just now coming off my first cycle. I realized after I found this board that I did that cycle all wrong. It was way underdosed: 200 mg Deca once per week along with 250 mg Sustenon once per week. I only gained about 5 lbs during those 9 weeks. My question is, should I still do a PCT? I mean, I didn't get hardly any gains or feel any sides or really gain any strength. I took my last shot of Deca and Sustenon 7 days ago. I would like to just go right into the 10 week cycle above rather than waiting. I have a few options: 1. Wait another 2 weeks and do a 3 week PCT and wait before starting the new cycle. 2. Wait another 2 weeks and do a 3 week PCT and then start the new cycle right away. 3. Skip the PCT, but wait a few weeks before starting the new cycle. 4. Skip the PCT, and start the Test E/EQ cycle right away. Any comments?Last edited by Jabo2002; 04-15-2004 at 12:02 PM.

wait 2 more weeks, do PCT, then wait 15 weeks and do your new cycle. 10 weeks is not really long enough for the EQ. 12 weeks is better. If I were you I'd run your cycle like this:
1-13 250 test E (2 times per week)
1-12 200 EQ (2 times per week)
1-15 10mg nolva +.25mg L-dex/d
clomid PCT with 20 mg/d nolva
just mix your test and EQ in the same shot = only two sticks per week.

Yeah, I agree with Kdog, I am currentlly running test enanthate and EQ, mix em together, also the mileage on cardio is of little importance it's the amount of time and at what level your pace your running, if bulking don't run too much. Also time on equals time off, even if you underdosed your first cycle still do the proper PCT and don't jump back into things. If you really want toget some blood work done. And research research research. No more wasted cycles.

I updated the pace for cardio. I am thinking about backing off my running and do some fast walking for fat burning...
I also changed the cycle per KDOG's comments; however, I didn't have a 13 week supply of Test E, so I left it at 12. Also, I don't have any Nolva. Is that going to be an issue?
I know a PCT is the "right thing to do". Hoever, I am asking if I can skip it just this once, because that cycle did nothing for me. It was way underdosed. It was so low, that I doubt my hormone levels were affected at all. I mean, I felt nothing while I was on it.Last edited by Jabo2002; 04-13-2004 at 01:22 PM.
