i hear ya. im 30 now and i would rather be lean and healthy than big and bulky.i get just as good of a workout without weights than i do with them.i get inspired by those guys that can do 100 dips in a row and endless chin ups.dont tell me those guys arent strong and fit!
thanks for the feedback by the way.

Looking good. Chest look like a stong point. If I was in your position I would want to lose a little more round the waist personally. You are definatly in the healthy bf range so it's up th you where you want to go from here. Whatever you decide good luck with it.

Did you just change your workout routine or your diet as well? You could still be lean lifting iron if you started eating really clean and hit up cardio. I was just wondering why you would give up weights? You mentioned injury being a major reason but even so I would have a hard time doing so, I would just lift lighter weight in a more controlled way.
