The pic doesnt show much of the top of it. But from what I can see, you def need more lower back development. Start doing deadlifts, you'll def see some marked improvement in a few months of doing them.

just like stayinstacked said........DEADLIFT, also i would stick with free weights for a while to build a good core, bent rows/ one arm rows/ DEADLIFT/ pull-ups

damn yall be nice...from what i can see just keep deadlifting, barbell rowing, and t-bar rowing, and pullin down that bar. hope my advice helps...latas.
