Great idea posting up the after pics! It is an amazing difference.... keep it up!
I'd say 20-25% before and 13-15% after, but I'm no expert.

Just for anyone who noticed the cover up job that was started in my last pics. The tattoo is now done so I figured I would show some pics of it. It looked so horrible in the last pictures lol. I think it turned out pretty good for being a coverup. Its a dragon montage if you guys couldnt tell.

Excellent progress!!!! I can see that you have been consistent...... You definetely have determination for sticking with that diet & routine that you posted earlier.
There are a lot of people who would follow that for a few weeks and then be done and go back to their old ways. Sounds rediculous but it is true for many, unfortunately.
You are not one of those people for sure.
Considering you have made it this far- that proves that you have a lot more DETERMINATION than many people do!! You defientely deserve a pat on the back for the progress; definetely keep at it and you will be suprised as to what you're capable ofLast edited by ward065; 05-11-2006 at 06:19 PM.

Excellent work bro, I wasnt expecting a change that dramatic from the first pics to the second set of pics, you are on the right track for sure, all i can say is, to keep lifting hard, keep the cardio, and adjust youre diet as you see fit for your goals... Great JOB
