New member pix: Before, 1 month & 2 months after

    Hi all.
I have been reading this forum for a while and thought I would put my pictures up and get some feedback.
I have been working out on and off for 10 years. I have been out for almost 18 months and finally decided to get back in shape since I was in such a sorry ass condition.

    Started 7-27-05 (1st Picture)
Wt: 183 lb BF: 18% Arms Flexed: 15.2 Calves: 15.6 Upper Leg: 22.6
    Natural - No supplements

    1 month after 9-9-05 (2nd Picture)
Wt: 197 lb BF: 16% Arms Flexed: 16.5 Calves: 16.1 Upper Leg: 24.2
    Creatine/No-xplode/Glutamine

    2 months after 10-8-05 (3rd Picture)
Wt: 221 lb BF: 14% Arms Flexed: 17.8 Calves: 17.1 Upper Leg: 25.8

I reached my peak very quickly only 6 weeks after I started working out. I guess its all "muscle memory". Only things I took were creatine, glutamine, whey NO-Xplode and Nitrix.
I have a very fast metabolism (asian factor) and I am constantly hungry. I eat over 4000 cal/day; 300g+ protein.

My weakest areas are my chest and back. Any suggestions appreciated.
Right now I am carrying excessive water and fat since there is no body definition - except for a little on my legs which I am so excited about!

I plan to start cutting at the end of the cycle. Is that a good idea?

    Thanks.

Thanks for the feedbacks and compliments. I really appreciate it.

Legs used to be my weak part and I hated training legs since I always get so beat up after every leg workout. After I've seen the progress made, I just wanna hit the gym and train more....hehe. I did learn something from my previous routines and that is rest plenty after workouts and I think thats what helped the gains.
As for my calves, got them from walking 2 miles to and from school everyday for years. lol.

Going to start the HIT routine this week since I had not seen any progress in the past week.

Thanks again for the feedback guys!!!

    Thanks for the feedbacks guys.

Currently I am stuck at 220lbs. Tried to increase caolries to 5000/day but I wake up in the morning and my weight goes back to 220lb after the usual morning routine.
I also noticed a very slight drop in strength (less 10lb bench press). Everything stayed pretty much the same and only increase were my arms over 18 inches now.

Do you think I have reached my plateau?

    Updated pix

2 pix I took today. Almost a month since my last pix.
Not much change from last month. Still look bloated - holding lots of water.
    Wt: 230lb. Arms 18.3, Upper leg 26.5, Chest 46.
Gained some chest after I changed my routine and focused more on inclines. Back muscles are still lacking. Any suggestions?
A couple of weeks left 'til I cut and go on a diet. Can't wait to see what is under all the fat and water!

good job, man!- I would try to maintain the arm size while dieting by lifting light for 1-2 weeks, then lowering reps and upping weight for 1-2 weeks, in a cycle
