MY PICS 18 all natural CRITIQUE PLS
18 years old been workin out 8 months on and off, been consisten since spring, all natural, sept for supplements like no xplod and protien, not on a consistent diet, please critique, what i should work on etc. thanks

looking jacked, your all natural adn youve only been working out 8 months and you look like that? waht did you look like 8 months ago. what are your stats, and your pecs look badass, what did you do to get them like flat at the bottom? thanks

nice and cut.. only thing id try to do is pack on a little more mass.. if you can keep the defintion while adding some more size you will be a monster.. but lookin real good

Ride that natural GH till your mid 20's because you are good shape for being 19. Also, stick with the No-explode and protiens, they seem to be doing wonders, I know i love No-explode, great pumps from it. Other than that, eat and lift and from the looks of eat you'll have no problem growing.

very impressive. you look freaking awesome. If I were to be anal and nitpick, then I would say a little more tricep mass and your back could use a little more depth. Nothings stands out as being really weak though. You have a very nice physique, keep up the good work and stay natural for as long as you can.

chest looks good with a lot of potential since most r lacking there.....get ur diet all worked out and start doing clean bulks becasue u still need more overall size

You look bigger than 157. I would've guessed 175-180. That's good, you have smaller bones, allows you to pack more muscle onto your frame. Keep training and stay lean and you will be a monster

Looks like you got good genetics being very lean and muscular....my guess is that you will all of the sudden my able to gain weight. When I was 16, 17 i looked like you but about 165 and could never gain weight and i eat everything. All of the sudden when i started getting older i could gain muscle. once i started dieting right and training right It got easier. You will get there bro no doubt. takes time though be patient. Diet is key though...training is easy diet is the hard part.
