Hello, new guy here. Just got finished doing some pics. Don't worry, these are for the "before" column.
In 2 or 3 months I'll update with some afters and I'll look much better, I promise.
I'm 36, 5'6" and 218 pounds, this is what 15+ years of beer, cigarettes, and junk food can do to you boys and girls:

well good for you for having the balls to post your pics. Good luck for the future bro, We are here to help you, there is tons of info here, even if you arnt juicing, which I hope you arnt even considering yet. You might want to check the Workout and Diet forums for lots of helpfull info.

BTW I lost 3 pounds in the last 2 days and that was my target. 215 this morning. + I've walked a couple miles since then and a weight workout. I made myself a rule if I make my target weight every week by Friday morning I can have a cheat day Saturday afternoon. So it's pizza and a six pack tomorrow!(After a couple more workouts of course.) Thank God! This rabbit food is old already!
I just need to lose 5 pounds by next Friday to do it again.
