    well done! i'd guess 18 or so on your final pic, maybe 23 or so on first pic.

    I started at 194.5, 36 days later ended at 190.0, tell me how you can't lose and gain at the same time?

    not able to lose fat and gain muscle at he same time has been proven to be wrong many times. not easy but once you dial in your diet you can achieve it.

    I personaly think those at the higher end of the bodyfat scale seem to loose fat and can stay the same weight/gain muscle

    Its the guys at the lower end of the bodyfat scale who find it a more difficult or impossible task to loose fat and gain muscle at the same time

    Well done you can clearly see from pick one to four the changes, great work in a short period of time, its hard to guess your bodyfats with quite blury pics but keep up with what your doing
