a few new pics
i havent posted any pics in a while so ifigured ide throw some up here.
it seems im always complaining, and never have any good news when updating my pics, but hell, shit happens, 2 me, alot. its amazing how one chick can **** up your life.
anyway..i was down 2 215, looking the best i have in my entire life, then i got involved AGAIN with the same chick youve all probably heard me vent about..and got fuct over, bigtime. so i fell of my diet. ONCE AGAIN, and am back up 2 223. ONCE AGAIN.( i am leaner tho..my waist is an inch smaller.)
so anyway..this is the last time you guys are gonna see the fat tank im known as...i have a powerlifting competition december 6th, paid for my OPA card so i could compete, and entered....so i have 2 go through with this diet and stick 2 it regardless of what ever else happens...and get under 198.
anyway, this is the first set of pics, ile take some shirtless ones when im back looking how i was...
these are after a Bicep work out in my newly appointed "dungon", aka-garage

first, some training pics.. hammer curls 85 lbs x 10
now, if my form doesnt look perfect, its because the pics i took during my workout didnt load properly, so i had 2 do these again, after i was done my work out, and very burnt out.....so it was extremely difficult!!
oh, if your wondering why some of the pics have big black boxes in them, its because my little sister was in the picture, and my mom didnt want me posting pics of her all over the internet(shes 9)Last edited by thetank; 11-02-2003 at 10:46 PM.

thanks bro, yep still natural. i broke the canadian bench press record a few days ago with a 415(not official, but infront of an OPA competitor/judge) so after i compete, and officially break it, im gonna hop on...test/deca /dbol , 10 weeks, expect a journal on my behalf when it happens!! im gettin fuckin pumped man.
are the pics really dark?? i can lighten them up a bit...but its hard for me 2 tell on a laptop.

you did 415?? awesome bro!!!! in may your stats were like 315 2x.. major improvement!!! did you improve dead and squat as well? man, im jalous of your built. im a fucken pole, i always get hurt when its time to test max . kepp goin you got it no doubt about it!!!

Tank you got some serious mass. Those arms are freaky! No wonder they're getting so big, the weight you're using is no joke. Good luck with the powerlifting comp and keep us posted when you get on that cycle bro.

that was a shirted lift...my raw bench is somewere around 365 ide say. i can rep 315 for 6, 120 db's on incline for 6.
in the last year, ive only been able 2 work legs about 12 times because of some injuries..which prevented me from doing deadlifts as well. i was repping 425 last time i did squats, and did deads for the first time in, well, a year, yesterday so i took it easy, but ile probably be able 2 total a raw 1000 between the 2 by that meet.(altho, its bench only)

tankuk, hah i actually aquired the name in grade 10 long before i started lifting, for 2 reasons, teh first being in gym class when i knocked my 6'2 230 gym teacher flat on his back, the other- chugging 40's of malt liquor in one sip! ive won alot-a cash doin that. haha.
