i would say thats tru bro, i was just as big before the cycles. it seemed to just add strength and a little size more hardness to my pysique. years of hardcore training did more then the sauce.....

for a single on bench i did 575 no aids just gloves, but don't really lift heavy like that much. i work up to around 405 for reps...........
