    Me at 225

And current me at 229 with a 32" waist. Still no abbs but not shabby, imo.

And to clarify, there was alot of up and down over the years, I didnt just keep going up. I got up to 228 before I trimmed down to that 200lbs pic. Then got up to 232 before going down to 215. Stuff like that. The time span is roughly 8 years.

Look like one?? DUDE I WAS 6' TALL AND 145lbs!!! HELL YEA I WAS SKINNY! LOLOL!!!

But thanks man! Took some time off working out all together inbetween some of those pics. Sometimes up to a whole year off. I kinda kick myself thinking how much farther ahead Id be now if I never took those year long lay offs every 2 years. lol I just kinda burn myself out it seems every other year and stop everything from diet to gear to workingout at all cold turkey. lol

lol true. If my bodyfat were the same as yours in your first/skinny pic, i'd still be around 180, and i'm 5'11 so I guess i'm not THAT bad lol.

But still, GREAT job and don't kick yourself - you're huge bro, i'd kill to have 1/2 your size.

Amazing progress especially for taking time off as you said and even up to one year off straight.

How many years are between all of the pics and how many cycles have you done all together?

About 8 years total, some pics are 3 years inbetween, some are a year, some are a few months. And ive done a ton of cycles. Some range from only 8 weeks and a few were 22weeks and some inbetween depending on what the compounds were and dosage.

Ive personally never had any issue with recovery. Deca slows me down a bit but I tend to not even use it anymore bc of that.

Cracker-- thats funny and im blushing

Bigslick---I was 18 in that pic, but honestly didnt do much of training untill I was 20. And even then I was only 160ish lbs at 6' tall. So still skinny.

Marcus-- Thanks man. Means alot coming from a guy as thick as you! Id love for my front double biceps to look like yours but biceps has always been weakest point. they refuse to grow or peak and ive done it ALL! lol

What you mean by cruising? Im on test, Anadrol and insulin right now. Im trying to get to 240lbs. And honestly... youre gonna find this crazy.... ive never done a proper PCT. Ive used a little nolva when I come off, but thats it. And ive never had a issue with rebounding and keeping gains. Stupid, yet crazy it worked for me. However im getting older now and i will be doing a proper pct when I come off this cycle.

DAMN MAN! we have almost the same story! I swear I looked exactly the same as you when I was 18..... it's nice looking back on it and seeing how far you've come isn't it? I know what it takes..... and you sure as hell put a lot of work into it. Congrats..... but the journey isn't over yet my friend! ONWARDS AND UPWARDS!

Yea from 22 to 30.... but you gotta also take into account I took several years off completely inbetween 22 and 30. There were a few times where I just gave up all together and dropped to my natural bodyweight of 185lbs of nothing. No shoulders, no traps, didnt even looked like I had ever worked out. So basically it was alot shorter than 8 years. More like 5 or 6 after accounting for the time off.

Eat every 2.5 hours. Period. Hungry or not, eat. Cook 8-10 chicken breasts in the oven for 20min, put in tupperware containers, and eat 1-2 ever 2.5 hours with rice. Alternate every meal with a protein/carb shake mix. And stay consistant. Thats honestly how I gained the first chunk of my weight coming from 150lbs. And be in the gym 4-6 days per week. 5 is a good number. 3 days in, 1 day off. Thats a consistant 5-6 days a week in the gym without getting burned out.
