Hallo! Hallo! ... newbie with some diet issues.
Hi all....
i'm new to the forum and i'm also new to the idea of bodybuilding.
I recently signed up at a gym and my inweight is
128 lb, with 24% body fat, i am 29 and 5'5"
over the last few weeks i've gained 4kg of muscle, and dropped 0.5 kg of fat.
I recently started on a dose of HCG to help with the fat loss... and signed up to this forum to get some help with my diet while on the HCG. i have a post in the diet section of this forum...
anyway, this place looks jam packed with good info.

Well this is a new one. You sure you are using HCG ? For weight loss ? Dont get pregnant is all I can say, Human chorionic gonadotropin is extensively used as a parenteral fertility medication in females

Wow...I've never heard of any Females using HCG for weight loss. It's used for post cycle therapy for MEN to get their hormones back in check, but I don't think its going to do much for a female except get you knocked up...it will make you extremely fertile.

Welcome. You should double check with whoever prescribed you HCG for weightloss.

Why don't you try something like clen for burning fat so you don't have to worry about getting prego.

Hello everyone!! I'm also new to this site, I've been reading about clen , but I'm not sure if it works for women as well... or if so, what are the side effects?
According to all the on line calculators I'm not over weight, but the BF around my hips, back, and waist after my pregnancy doesn't seem to be going anywhere!!
I do work out 3 times a week and follow a low fat - healthy diet, but need a little bit of help here!!!
Anyway, any advise will be appreciated...
