My first cycle on anavar!
Hello,i am new here i and thaught i should post,maybe i will get some good advice!
I m gonna start tomorrow my first cycle of anavar ,i will take 10 mg a day,split in 2....
I am weight training for 4 years now,and i will be cutting while on anavar,i read that it works great while on a diet!

Does anyone know if i should be carefull with the coffee while on anavar ?i drink a lot of coffee and i dont know if it would affect in any way,i dont find anything about it!

Hi Ana29,
I have also been wanting to try Anavar but seem to be having a very hard time finding a legit site to order it from being in the USA. Can I ask where you got yours from.

Today was my first day,i decided to go with 5 mg the first week just to see how my body accepts it!
I am on keto diet like i said so its hard enough training heavy without eating carbs+i do cardio everyday after my trainings!

Good to think about duration. Some gals like shorter durations of intense training and eating clean. Good rule is time on equals time off.
I'm not convinced a long cycle works for me, my lifestyle and obligations.
I think i'ld rather run 4 weeks on/ 4 off. Then 8 on and 8 off. I tried 12 weeks and broke off at 10.
