    Newby

    Hey all, I'm new here and i'm looking for a good, fairly safe, eca stack. Need to drop 20 lbs and would like to try eca stack. I exercise regularly and try to eat as properly as possible. I'm a soldier so i don't have a choice of what to eat sometimes. I've been told 16mg Ephedrine, 200mg Caffiene and 85gm chilgren aspirin twice a day is a good safe dossage. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thankx

    Welcome Aboard! You have found an excellent resource in AR.

    Most stacks I have seen recommend Ephendrine @ 25mg.
