    the new guy

    well let me start buying saying HELLO everyone, I am new to this forum and am hoping to get feedback from those who know how to get the best results. I am 27 about 5-9 and 126 pounds, I am just tired of being small and skinny, and I guess I want the easy way out so to speek, I have been doing research on some products but not really sure what is right for me, I was on a website and looking for products that will bulk me up or add mass,I found Dianobol,annadrall,parabol and equipoison, now supposably they all add bulk mass, I just want to put on weight, will be working out probably 4-5 days a week or whatever it takes or what is suggested, so I guess I am looking for feedback on the suppliments.

    Welcome. Train naturally for awhile 4-5 days a week. If you are that skinny I assume that you have a good metabolism. Eat about 4000-6000 calories a day. Buy some whey protein mix and drink about six shakes a day(the sites sponsor has some good stuff at a good price). If you do this for about 3 months you should bulk up pretty good, then think about cycling.
