Newbie
Hi folks im gary looking to lose weight and get ripped up....
Im 18stone 30% body fat.
Problem is i got a bad sports injury and im looking to drop 3 stone asap. My current diet is
Shake optimum nutrition
2 tins of tuna and onion
Shake
Salmon2 fillits
Shake
Chicken and veg.
I will get there i no but im thinking of usuin some anavar to help keep the muscle. Im also using bcaa 30g a day to keep the muscle ive built.
Ive used deca and test plus d bol in one cycle 6 months ago and ive also used winstrol but that hurt my back like crazy.
Any advice????

Welcome aboard. Diet needs work. Head over to the nutrition section read the stickies. Calc tdee to give macro totals n then u will see y ur diet needs work. Good luck!

Welcome to the board mate!
Personally, I'd skip the steroids and just focus on diet and cardio to lose the weight. Might want to post the diet in the nutrition section, including macros per meal and total macros per day, and your TDEE so we can benchmark against it.
