Whats going on guys,
chewed up and spit out right now
5'10
BF 18-20%
190 lbs
Got injured last year and broke 5 ribs, laid up in the house or at the desk. just started back into the gym last week.
amazing what happens when you stop hard work and go to nothing.
gonna run a first cycle, And continue naturally for awhile once i do. Get back into shape and hopefully have no rib complications!

Welcome to the forum - your going to work out and build everything back up b4 jumping on a cycle, right?! Your ligaments and tendons won't hold up w/your strength gains! Plus get your bf down to 15% max(or lower the better) - a great diet will take you a long way(that's the magic) no juice in the world will do much if your diet/training aren't solid! GL
