    Long time reader, first time posting

    Hey Everyone. 5'11'', 180 lbs, around 9-10% BF, 38 yo. I have been reading on this site off and on for a couple of years. Finally to the point I am considering doing a cycle and needed to start posting to clear up some questions and make sure I have a solid plan before beginning.
