    New member in need of help

    Have been training on and off for yrs at the gym, going to now do it 5 days a week

    40 yr old male 5ft 10 and 13 stone alittle flabby looming at using steroids

    D-anabol 25
    Deca 200
    Tren 75
    Test-600

    The products say that I take them 3 times a day daily my question is do i just use 1 item till I finish the bottle or do I have to take all 4 bottles 3 times a day a little confused

    I have meal plans in place

    Welcome to the forum. If each bottle says take 3x a day then yes you would take all 3x a day.
    Do a little more reading on these, if you have any more Q post it in the Q&A as this section is just for intros.
    You do relise that they products are not AAS.
