    I'm New Here!

    Just been here about 4-5 days and I have learned far more these past few days about bodybuilding/diet/supplementation than i have known all my life... Wow, what a fountain of knowledge...

    Basic stats:
    18 yrs old
    5-10
    165 lbs
    bodyfat<10%
    Supps: Cell-tech, Whey, Multi, L-Glutamine, Flax, soon to start Nox2

    Welcome aboard...one thing I would recommend is stay away from the CellTech and all MuscleTech products...they are good quality products, but they are way to expensive. buying basic creatine is all you need...spend the $ you save on other supps or food.

    Thanx for the welcome.. syd, i know cell-tech is grossly overpriced to cover for muscletech's advertising strategies. However, i convinced my mom to buy the stuff for me b/c it has "high vitamin C" haha... she doesn't even know it's creatine, just thinks its a vitamin C powder, and that will prevent me from getting colds! I think i will definitely go cheaper when i move off to college though, do you have any suggestions on cheaper creatine? I suppose i will have to purchase dextrose as well.
