Welcome to the forum. Sometimes people don't respond because questions are already answered in other areas of the site. There is so much information that people can not write all this every time someone else asks. There are literally pages and pages of information that detail every imaginable diet plan and if after reading a dozen posts and stickies, if you have a more detailed question people will chime in to offer further details. Glad to have you here.
