Hello - Starting 2nd Real Cycle
Hi Everybody!

I’d advise posting your proposed cycle in the Q&A forum, lots better traction. At a quick glance, I’d look to add mast to your cycle and use less adex. Either way, you’ll get better insights in the appropriate section.

I personally am more into the Pianaway of cycling. Cause running the same component same dose for 12 weeks, is not optimal. Body adapts. Body grows from changes.
For a 12 week cycle, something new should occure every 3.week atleast. But ofcourse its limited when running just low dose test.
Suggestion. Run your 500 test. But at week 6, u add 20 mg LGD. Very safe. But it increases the chanches of gaining all weeks.
Same for diett, up cals every week. Add cardio if gaining fat. Start with 4 meals. Work your way up to 8-9.
Piana describes this at his channel, and i too think this is the only way to grow EACH week.
