Hi guys and gals,

Have any of you ever tried T-UP or A-HD supplements as a PCT? is it bull$%$ or doest it actually work as a pct product?

For your first cycle you should only be running a testosterone ester such as cypionate or enanthate ......but since you didn't ask that question I won't comment further. There are several protocols for PCT, one of the more popular is:

Clomiphene 100/50/50/50/50
Tamoxifen 40/20/20/20/20

Hopefully you have a solid AI for your cycle. HCG is recommended as well.

Thanks MuscleInk Tamoxifen is the one i will most likely go with. Is it not good to have sust325 for first cycle?

I'd recommend both for your PCT. Both are SERMs but clomid has spermatogenic effects.

As for your first cycle, Sustanon is often a blend of several short/medium/long esters depending on how and who produced it. Not knowing how your bodily will react to an exogenous testosterone it is recommended that you use a simple ester such as test-C or test-E at a dose of 500mg/wk for about 12 wks.
