    Opinion on "HCG Blast" Methods

Reading through various forums, I'm seeing so many opinions about the HCG blast.

The Dr. Scally school goes for the 2000 IU EOD for 16-20 days approach.

Dr. Crisler says anything about 500 IU ED/EOD is a waste.

Swale recommended 250 IU 2-3x a week while on cycle.

Some people suggest that running HCG after your ester clears just extends the length of suppression. Instead they suggest just running HCG during the cycle with the Swale protocol, and then waiting for your ester to clear, then doing PCT.

Others are more hardcore, opting not to use HCG at all.

    What are your thoughts?

Also, what's your opinion on an AI during the HCG blast?

Honestly I would not run the hcg blast unless you are attempting a restart from failed recovery after pct. The power pct protocol is well known for attempting a restart like this. Otherwise running hcg during your cycle should maintain testicular function during the administration of exogenous androgens

But what about the clearance period. With t*st-e it's 10-14 days... so should hcg continue to be run while it clears. Also, how long do you think you should wait for the hcg to clear before starting the SERMS?

run your hcg right up to 3 days prior to starting the pct meds(serms)
