Nolva/Clomid - test e 12 weeks

Hey guy's new to this forum, swapped from a couple. thought this one seemed to have higher quality..

First cycle, im 1 week till my cycle is finished.
-Test e 500mg a week, pin tues and thurs.

have arimadex on hand-

Pct, i was planning on using my clomid and nolva, have 100x20mg nolva tablets and 50x50mg clomid tablets.

Was going to do: day 1 of pct (week 15) 150mg clomid, 40mg nolva
Then 100/50/50/25 clomid
Nolvadex : 20/20/20/20

I want some help on this, i have done a bit of research but literally every thread has a different dosage etc. this is my first cycle, and wanted to end it strong

Take 40mg of nolva the first week, not 20. Then drop it to 20 the last 3 like you have.
You should be running the adex at a low dose at least to mange your estrogen. It would be fantastic if you could get bloo work but I would start it at .25mg every other day if I were you.

ill do that with my nolva, damn, i wish i ran the adex :l to late now... i had no gyno etc through my cycle so didnt think it was necessary

Next time try toremifene do some research on it as well.
