What did you eat today?
Alright let's see what kind of diet you guys follow. List what you ate today or what you eat on a normal day. I know some PL'ers are pretty strict but I know a lot of world class lifters that eat like crap. Be honest.
Here's what I ate today.
breakfast: 2 Jimmy Dean sausage egg and chesse biscuits
mid morning: pimento cheese sandwich and sun chips
lunch: meatloaf, mashed potatoes and a "diet" soda lol
dinner: sesame chicken and an egg roll
(I think I managed to drink a protein shake yesterday)
It is obvious that I need to work on my eating habits.

what are your goals with that "diet". i dont see how you would get anywhere eating like that.

today i ate anything in site...gave myself a lil break on my birthday

I'm in the "all you can eat" supers. But, I am to heavy for my frame and I would like to get down to around 275. I'm around 330 now. That's a lot of weight to lose and I'm afraid I will lose a ton of strength to get there.

My diet varies from day to day. But a good idea of how I eat is what I ate today.
Breakfast: Banna, Muffin, Protein Shake (Muscle Milk).
9:30- One serving of CellMass
10:30- Banna, Protein Bar, (Labrada Bar)
Lunch: Pasta mixed w/ Chicken, Bread w/ Lots of Butter
3:00- Protein Bar
Trained from 5-6:15.
Post W/O- One serving of CellMass
Dinner: Fried Chicken, gravy, rice, salad
Before Bed: Protein Shake, (Muscle Milk), Muffin or Banna
Do it all over tomorrow.
