6/21 Dynamic SQ/DL
1. Box Squats: 225x5x2, 245x2, 275x2 All sets done with the light band.
2. Glute Ham Bench: 4x12 All sets done with a light band
3. Standing Abs: 90x4x12
Great training session this morning! last time I worked with bands I was so slow, I went down to 95lbs on the bar to work on form. The break I took from using the bands really paid dividends today.

Is it easy to overtrain when using chains and/or bands??

The official WSB protocol with bands on the bench is to rotate their use with chains every three weeks, and they say they always squat with bands. I got burned out with the bands, in both the bench and squat, so from here on out, I will be doing three week cycles for both.
