Never used any of those but i heard shred matrix was good....i have used assault by muscle pharm and that was good....its a pre workout

ive tried the musclegel shot before , i thought mango tasted pretty good , plus its fast and convenient.

The protein was great and Assault, the pre-workout, is among the best Ive tried. Green apple and mango orange are the best flavors.

Never tried them. Shop around. Online prices are usually much better
than those inflated GNC rip offs.

Hands down the best pre workout ive ever used. Also I use there bcaa's. Again great stuff.

I took their pre workout and it worked great tastes like shit. It also felt like I drank battery acid my lips burned while drinking it

I tried assault and I wasn't very impressed. My buddy is on their protein and bcaa and he swears by it, but he also hasnt seen to many gains. Honestly it's overpriced. Look at the ingredients and match them to a generic bulk powder online and you'll be far better off. In my opinion when you buy things like aminos and proteins from these highly advertised companies you're pretty much paying for the name. But hey i guess to each his own.
