    Glucoasmine

    hey,

    i was just wondering, how much glucosamine should i use everyday?

    Ive heard mixed views on glucoasmine, but just thought id try it, as my knee seems to be playing up a bit

    I find 1000mg a day is normally gd enuf to keep my joints in check, but i usually whack it up 2 1500mg or 2000mg a day when recovering from an injury, just 4 that extra bit of help. Also if u can find it together in 1 supplement with chondroitin, get that, coz it is absorbed a lot more effectively that way.

    Yeah start with 1000mg, if you still have pains bump it up to 1500, then 2000 if its pretty bad.

    1000mg's will do you just fine.
    Takes about four weeks to kick in though.

    for a good joint recovery stack take
    glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM ... also flax oil helps with the joints also.
