    dosage of B6 ..

    anyone know the minimum dosage of vitamin b6 to take in order to see a diuretic effect? i'm now taking 500mg ED..

    diuretic effect?? never knew b6 had this effect.i use it to keep prolactin in ck while running tren ...lasix bro,if you need a diuretic.

    hey bro..yea b6 has a mild diuretic effect at high dosage..but i need to know at what dose..i started to notice more water loss when i hit 500..but was thinkin of mega doses like 1000mg
