    Protien Sources-lets hear em!!

    I wanna hear everyone sources of protien. heres what i do, but im looking for more protien in my diet a day.

    protien shake=75g
    bag of beef jerky=45g
    can of tuna=26g
    chicken breast=30g
    smoothie=15g
    ea shake=15g

    total=206

    anyone tried total protien cereal? jsut got a box. its horrible.

    Turkey Breast
    Cottage Cheese
    Protein Powders
    Beef (96% lean ground)
    Beef (Tenderloin, Eye of Round, Top Round)
    Bison (Buffalo Meat)
    Chicken Breasts
    Fish (Tuna, Salmon, Mahi Mahi, Cod, Shrimp, Lobster, etc.)
    Pork (Tenderloin, Pork Sirloin)
    Venison

    I've tried it, it tastes like cardboard, I could only get through one bowl before tossin it.

    i added some splenda to it and it wasnt that bad
