Supps while on cutting diet
i take these while cutting tell if i need anything else or something should be cut

glutamine
creatine (low Dosage)
Bcaa's

Even though it's a low Dosage, creatine does the complete opposite of cutting...

why are you guys so against creatine on a cutting diet?

I like creatine on a cutting diet, it helps you maintain muscle and strength while in macro deficit. Obviously it makes you retain water but i would rather cut fat and keep muscle and look shredded at the end, than if i didn't use creatine and ended up cutting fat and losing muscle. You need to decide whether or not you want to use eca because caffeine kills creatines effectiveness for muscle mass maintanance or building.

I feel the same way nsa, I did 4 weeks on the cre, 2 off, I'm back on again and got a mad bloat. My strength is back, but it sucks to see that water retention over the abs, and I'm way less vascular. I hear there is this esterified creatine stuff that supposedly has all the positives of creatine without the negatives. But who knows about that.

Yeah i've heard alittle about the esterified creatine but not too much. Also once you drop the creatine all the water is dropped.

Yes i did. This not something normal though. I was recovering from an almost fatal incindent last winter that left me in a coma for 2 months, i dropped down to 120 from 185. Now im back at 180.
