Protien Sources-lets hear em!!
I wanna hear everyone sources of protien. heres what i do, but im looking for more protien in my diet a day.
protien shake=75g
bag of beef jerky=45g
can of tuna=26g
chicken breast=30g
smoothie=15g
ea shake=15g
total=206
anyone tried total protien cereal? jsut got a box. its horrible.

Turkey Breast
Cottage Cheese
Protein Powders
Beef (96% lean ground)
Beef (Tenderloin, Eye of Round, Top Round)
Bison (Buffalo Meat)
Chicken Breasts
Fish (Tuna, Salmon, Mahi Mahi, Cod, Shrimp, Lobster, etc.)
Pork (Tenderloin, Pork Sirloin)
Venison
That's all I can think of for now. Mark
