Whats does ed mean when you describe how much of a supplement to take. for example week 1 1000mg milk thistle ed. What does the ed stand for evenly dosed for 1000mg a day or week.

ed=everyday....eod=everyotherday, ew=everyweek (weekly)

thats a high dose of milk thistle...what you taking thats concerning you with your liver?

I plan on taking milk thistle, flush free niacin ryr, hawthorne berry, flax and fish oil and then follow up with a pct
