    any thing i can take for hunger

    I am finding myself full before i am able to finish important meals throughout the day. Is there anything i could do for this other than injectible b12?

    every 2-3 hours 7-8 times a day

    are you already injecting b12? I use B12 pill, and get a pretty good effect on hunger... I could eat a fvcking cow after supplementing b12/Vit E/Vit C pre and post workout.

    I use evening primrose oil capsules which elevate my mood and increase my appetite when im on a cycle. They are not expensive and can be bought from any health store.

    you can also drink a lot of water, brush your teeth, chew gum, just to name a few cheap things that work

    "Bao He Wan"

    Biomedical Actions

    Enhances digestive functions, especially absorption of nutrients, digestant, carminative, stomachic.

    For food stagnation, indigestion, dyspepsia, belching, heartburn, flatulance, acid reflux, epigastric and upper abdominal distention.

    This is great for when you are bulking and cramming that extra food down.

    How logical would smoking pot be? I had friends in H.S. who I would lift with. They were into getting big and they were pretty impressive. They said they would smoke pot to give themselves the appetite to eat a whole chicken (or any other food) for dinner. Never tried this myself, but I am having trouble consuming the necessary calories for bulking and am considering this myself. Any feedback?

    Try eating more caloric dense foods. Potatoes, rice, bagels, PB, Olive Oil, etc.

    Good idea but I could eat a jar of natty pb in 2-3 mins....
