    question about b vitamins

    I am considering using injectable b vtamins for a boost to my workouts pre workout, i have a few questions for anyone who can help though. First off, should i use b12 or b complex, in what does, also my workout schedule is 2 days on 1 day off would it be ok to use it on these 2 days pre workout, how long can i use it for, and are there any side effets? thanks for al the help. Also i dont know if this is asking for a source but where cani get this supplement. Ie seen places where you can get it but it is for vetinary purposes is this safe?

    Pre workout, post workout...I don't think it'll make much of a difference. It's not like caffeine where you notice it right away. It might actually take a week or two to notice the effects of it, but you should see more energy, improved mood and a greatly improved appetite. I feel like eating every hour, which can actually be kind of annoying. I take vet grade b complex, but even that is mostly b12. Get b12 and you'll be fine. No need to worry about asking for a source for this stuff. Just click on b12 when you see it underlined. You can order it straight from ARR.
