what vitamins/mineral supplement do you take
what vitamins and supplements do you use?
I take vitamin a,b complex,c,d,e,folic acid,selenium,taurine,tyrosine,fenugreek
ginko biloba,ginseng and a multi-vitamin
Anyone got anything diffrent and why?

Damn Dec, do you piss neon?
That is a lot of supps... granted I'm a newbie, but damn, that seems like an awful lot of pills to take. Anyone else here have a list that can put Dec's to shame? I'm thinking about going on an ECA stack, and that seems like a lot of pills to me. Wow.

i cant put dec to shame but you'll learn more about vitamins the longer you've been bodybuilding and you'll start taking more as you get older but here goes my list....

Multivitamin...MegaMen baby i love it
ZMA...Victor Conte is a genious i love this supp.

For vitamins, just take an Animal Pack in the morning and a good ZMA before bed
