Some people don't bloat at all. I know I don't so I stick to monohydrate when I use creatine.

Yea, some people don't and some people get super bloated... I was talking to a guy at the gym (Usually really cut but on the skinnier side) and he blew up quick and saw him use adenergy creatine in the locker room and asked him how it was workin for him... Obviously i knew it was workin cuz his stomach was now stickin out farther than his chest... And had hardly any definition --But that could also been caused by numerous factors

If I wasnt cutting then I wouldnt be able to tell much difference on it, but dieting I do. Everytime I drop the creatine, a week later my abs look like a different persons. I'll never go monohydrate again, that shit is old news. The matodextrins are far better IMO, ones like Swole, V-12, Satur8. I like Satur8 the best, not nearly the retention as the monohydrates, but still a little. The one thing i've def noticed is the pumped vascular look achieved from the maltodextrins vs. the monohydrates. The only area that suffers a little water is the gut, other than that it makes my muscles look good.
