    Flax oil question

    Every one says take one or two tablespoons of flax oil, but are there different mgs? If not how many mg is there in a tablespoon?

    flax oil goes by grams, each tbls contains about 14 grams of fat it depens on what brand you use

    Well I'm wanting to get the flax oil in caps and I was wanting to know about how many mg or grams and in a tablespoon so I would know many caps and what gram or mg the caps need to be do that I would need to the correct dosage.

    The reason to take Flax oil is because it contains high amount of "good" calories. The capsules don't contain much calories. One capsule contains only about 10 calories so it won’t provide you with the adequate amount of calories. But if you get the oil form, it contains about 130 calories in average per table spoon.

    Why do you want to take a bunch of caps, when you can just take a tblspn and be done with it?

    Because I found some caps that are 1000mg, 100 Soft gels for for 5.19.

    Liquid is cheap as hell, buy that, keep it in fridge and take it morning and night. OR take 20-30caps/day.

    20 or 30 caps a day, that is 20,000 or 30,000 and I don't think a tablespoon of the oil contains that much

    Lets break it down here.
    1cap=1000mg
    1000mg=1gram
    1tbspn=14grams
    14grams=14000mgs

    You following me?

    That's 14caps to one tablspn.

    Best start doing throat massages to get ready for all that swallowing.
