My main goal right now is to lose body fat but at the same time gain some muscle mass, I will be taking clenbuterol while I'm on my diet...

What are some good diets/meals/supplements I should be taking to obtain best/fast results?

What kind of excercises/routines should I be doing? Again, I want to lose body fat, and gain muscle mass.

I'm about 5'11" 230lbs, body fat is 22%, all I know is my biceps are close to 17" when I was going to the gym regularly.

Then, I would do carido for 15mins, go 7 days a week for about 2 hours and just focus on my arms, chest, shoulders, back and stomache, forearms. I just need to get back into the gym routine again, its been 5 months.
