My Supps Set-up
sup....Since i decide to pass on the roids... Thinking about doing a good supps set up. Let me know wat you think, and whos make the best product of each supp. Thx

Whey Protein (whats the best Kind?)
GNC Creatine
CreatineEthyl Ester (whats the best kind?)
Nitric Oxide (whats the best Kind?)
MuscleTech Gakic (a friend gave me a free bottle)
Anabolic compound (Muscletech leukic?) ( whats the best Kind?)

use these during your cycle...save the other stuff for after your cycle
u should use 500-1000mg of milk thistle everyday throughout your cycle for keep your liver healthy. i've heard good things about liv. 52 also
may also want to use flax seed oil (an essential fatty acid) and add it to your protein shakes
if u have joint problems and arent running deca in your cycle u may want to try celadrin/glucosamine.
for post cycle, along with ur pct regimine, u may want to look into tongkat ali (Biotest Red Kat is a good brand) and ZMA. these supps will help increase test levels and libido.
u should run nolva throughout your cycle and use nolva, clomid, ldex for pct.

i decide not to do a cycle right now. Im goin to wait alittle while... Dont think im ready for it.

I'd watch out with the gnc creatine, unless you've already used it and you like it. I've used a few different brands of creatine so far, but gnc's was the worst in my opinion. The flavors are pretty bad, and the stuff is very hard to stomach, especially when you take it right before a workout. I'd look for some of the flavorless stuff that other brands are offering, but I'd also ask around to see which brands people like the most. Good luck.

1-ad- Do not bother unless your gonna get 4-AD... just cycle Phera Plex instead
Animal pak nitro-G- Dont bother, just get BCAA's from anyone, all the same. Especially since your gonna get glutamine. Or you can try VPX's new BCAA Ethyl Ester (sounds good to me)
Twinslabs nitrate fuel- Get Storm (Or shock, i forget which one i the creatine which one is the NO-Xplode) by Universal instead.

4:45am - Usually sausage bis.. Fish oil
7am - P&J sandwich, and Banana
8:30am - 3 sandwichs, chips.....Mult Vit..Vit C (sometimes breakfast plate)
10:30am - P&J Sandwich, Protein Shake
12:50pm - Snack
1:30pm - Green Bulge & White Blood
2pm - Blue Rhino
2:30pm - Snack( Is this enough time to wait to eat alittle after taking the stack?)
2:35 Workout - Slip on Xtend
4pm - P/W - Creatine mono. Snack
4:18pm - Protein Shake
5pm - Weight Gainer
6:15pm Supper
7:30pm Sardines
8:15pm - Protein shake
9:00pm Snack
9:30pm bed

thats a messed up diet plan man, start from square one with meats and whole foods.. i think your relying too much on supps

absolutely, pre-cook your meals, if you need to then just pop em in the nuke, instead of eating pb and J 50 times a day, not a bad snack, but get some whole grains and good protein foods for beginners.

Good advice here thirdeye - remember it's not what's in the pills that do it for you - It's what you put in your mouth.
Even the biggest and baddest of them all will swear by their diet before they go talkin about juice or supps.
Stick to a good multi, some whey protein and you should be good to go.
If you venture in to the animal pak - just get their basic pak.

thanks alot...Yeah I try to get away for p&j as much as i can but its handy in the work i do. I do eat tv dinners and chic pot pies... Havent started the supps yet just mult vit, and creatine mono.... Goin to just add fish oil and protein. and start from there..... But have notice gain since i been eatin alot more.
