Ok question guys. If you were to train around 10:00p.m. would you still add 100g of
Maltodextrin to your protein shake postworkout? This has been tossing around in my head for awhile. I usually do 50g of Isopure protein and 100g of Twinlab Ultrafuel postworkout. What you think?

I would. You body need to replace the glycogen which has been depleted by your training, so ignore the time and go for it. Though 50-75g will suffice.

50-75g all the time or just at night...what 's the general rule agian? G/body weight?
