glutamine with cardio (empty stomach)
hey fellas, quick question for yah, first my stats: 24 years old, 6'2" 202lbs, bf: 15-20% (guessing) looking to cut up and have a nice ripped look, my question is that I dont want to loose too much muscle mass when doing cardio early morning, i've heard if you take glutamine on and empty stomach in the morning b4 doing cardio you do not have that problem, ie:losing muscle mass... I want to keep my muscle just lose all the fat, can anyone help me with this plz & thanks!

I believe I read a thread about this before and I think it was Warrior who said to do cardio upon awakening on an empty stomach for 30-40 minutes at about a 60% rate to benefit the most fat loss and minimum muscle loss. Also to get some protein in ya ASAP afterward. I've been doing this for about 2 1/2 weeks now with great results.
