    is wieght gainer any good

    what is the best way to take it and what kinda diet should i have with it

    whats the best kind

    i read the back and it has around 2000 calories just in one serving

    some help me out

    i dont want to put on fat i want to put on muscle

    I will help you out with some of this. I like the Gainers Fuel 2500 and Super Gainers Fuel, both by Twinlab. I have also heard that N'Large it good too (by Prolab, I think)

    Weigh gainers are good if you use them right. Make sure you work your ass off in the gym so you can burn those calories and watch your diet. Eat a lot of calories but watch your saturated fats and fat from calories and you'll notice some great gains. Just remember you won't get huge in one day or week. Let it take time. And a good tip for you, don't check yourself out in the mirror every day becasue you won't notice gains as much. Try going once a week. I know it will be hard but it helps the psychological part of it. Trust me. Good luck

    Most of my friends use N-Large when they are on cycle or not, they say that it's great. Thay did get bigger.

    these are the instructions of n- large2 by prolab when exactly should i take it and how much

    i work out about 8.00pm and wake up at 6.40am

    I don't like weight gainers. I prefer to eat healthy snacks all day to keep my calories intake high.

    Use half a serving, and take it twice a day.... cuz a full serving IMO it is just to thick and tastes like crap... by the way i mixed it with milk.... im not an expert, but thats how i used it

    I personally like ISS Reasearch's Gainer mix. I mix it with 2 cups of low fat milk, 2% or 1%, whatever, and I get about 775? Calories and 40g of protein. I took this for a month straight and noticed a difference. I think it was helping out.

    Nlarge is some good shit. My roomate is taking it with great results, just get in the rest of the protein too.

    The best weight gainer is food food and more food .Weight gainer is a what it says it is { a supplement}
