Creatine Hydrochloride or ethyl ester for non responders?

Been taking creatine mono on and off for over a year now with no noticeable change weather taking it or not. After some reading I found that some non responders will get better results from HCl, and cee. Has anyone had good results with eitherof these?

tried them all, stick with mono. it only helps a bit, maybe execting too muc?
i would rec you add 2-3 grams of taurine ED that will also help and is cheak and you can get it in bulk. add it with creatine even. maybe you will get more out of it or atleast more out of the taurine

Monhydrate reigns supreme. Just because you don't "feel it" doesn't mean its not working at the cellular level to replenish your creating-phosphate system.

Go find Dr. Jeff Golini creatine, he started it all several decades ago, familiarize yourself with whats what a bit and get yourself up tobdate kre-alkalyn creatine or in other words buffered creatine monohydrate. Good place to start would be his youtube video where he explains all about creatine, just put in his name in and watch some of his videos regarding the subject

What do you expect creatine to do?
How do you know you are a non-responder?

Creatine will not increase your recovery.
Creatine may make you put on a couple pounds of water weight.
Creatine will not increase your one rep max.
Creatine may make you able to squeeze out a couple of more reps in an exercise.

What protocol did you use with your creatine?

tried 100s of supplements and concluded it was all waste of money. at least for me. i get faster results by training hard and good diet.
